Foresight Renewable Solutions (FRS) is a pure-play developer of renewable and clean energy projects, founded by leading industry professionals Carlos Pineda and Warren Byrne. FRS founders and management bring several decades of experience and have personally led the development of over 1,000 MWs of operating power projects. FRS brings world-class renewable power development experience and capabilities to market participants, governmental and utility contracting entities, and other counterparties seeking to do business with a minority business enterprise (1).

The company maintains requisite diversity in its management and investors, as well as a commitment to expanding the participation of traditionally disadvantaged groups in the burgeoning green energy economy. FRS maintains a strategic relationship highly experienced staff of Foresight Renewables Management (FRM) to provide the skills and horsepower needed to manage any particular project, along with ongoing asset management and back office services. FRM currently manages the project development portfolios of Foresight Solar, LLC and Foresight Wind Energy, LLC, both of which are leading independent renewable power developers with over 1,000 MWs of renewable power projects under active development and a number of successful project completions between them.

Foresight Solar, LLC

• Approximately 140 MWs of total sites under development
• Four projects totaling 49 MWs under Power Purchase Agreement with major utilities

Foresight Wind Energy, LLC

• Approximately 765 MWs of total sites under development
• 88 MWs under a joint development agreement with a major utility affiliate partner
• 100 MWs operational in New Mexico (now owned and operated by Edison Mission Energy)
• 677 MWs under independent development by Foresight Wind
